Though the applicant is not represented today, however, with the assistance of learned APP for the State, I have gone through the case file including the Status Report placed on record. 3.
By way of present bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 552/2023 registered under Sections 307/34 IPC at P.S. Fatehpur Beri.
In the bail application, it has been averred that the applicant has been in custody since 24.11.2023 and that the investigation is already complete, charge-sheet having been filed. It is further averred that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and a Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2024 to the aforesaid extent has also been placed on record. 4.

He, on further instructions, submits that there is no recovery from the applicant and further that he is not found involved in any other case. Lastly, it is submitted that the nature of injuries have been opined to be grievous, however, he concedes that the same are not attributable to the applicant. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts, it is directed that the applicant be released on regular bail subject to him furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/concerned Court/Duty/link M.M. and subject to the following further conditions :- i) The applicant shall not leave the NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court.
ii) The applicant shall provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer on which he will remain available during the pendency of the trial.
iii) In case of change of residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer as well as to the concerned Court. iv) The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
v) The applicant shall regularly appear before the concerned Court during the pendency of the trial.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms alongwith miscellaneous applications.
