Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No. 137/2024 registered at Police Station: Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi under Sections 20/25/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application at a later stage of time and raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Bail Application.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
