By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the bail condition no.(i) in the order dated 12.07.2024 whereby the applicant was directed not to leave the NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has not been able to avail the benefit of the said order as she has no place to abode in Delhi being a permanent resident of Hyderabad, Telangana. He further submits that the address given in the Aadhar Card/Memo of Parties is the permanent residence of the applicant.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the DRI accepts notice and seeks some time to verify the address mentioned in the memo of parties/Aadhar Card.
