Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no show cause notice was issued by the DDA before passing of the impugned notice dated 27.05.2026.

Learned counsel for the DDA, on advance notice, submits that the present petition will be treated as a representation and will be decided by the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, with direction to the DDA to consider the present petition as a representation, and after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of, within a period of two weeks from today by way of a special order.

Needless to the state that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. till the passing of the speaking order by the competent authority. 7.
Pending application (s), if any, also stands disposed of. 8.
