By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: "a.

Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to provide the Petitioner access to obtain scanned copies of evaluated answer sheets of Class XII Senior School Certificate Examination, 2026, by reopening the online portal and/or through any other alternative mode/mechanism as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

b.

Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to permit, entertain and process the Petitioner's request for consequential verification/re-evaluation of answer sheets, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. after supply of scanned copies of evaluated answer sheets, without rejecting the same on the ground of limitation, delay or expiry of timeline occasioned due to glitches/ malfunctioning of the Respondent No.1's online portal, and to decide the same in a fair and time-bound manner;" 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner had made an attempt through the online portal for getting the scanned copy of the evaluated answer sheet in a timely fashion, however, as the same was inaccessible due to some technical glitch, the petitioner being aggrieved thereby, has filed the present petition. 3.

In response, learned counsel for respondent no.1 considering the factual matrix involved, and under the prevalent facts and circumstances, as also without adverting to the merits involved, submits that the petitioner alongwith his parents may visit the office of the CBSE physically with a representation to the CBSE within a period of two days in order to see/ verify the scanned copy of evaluated answer sheet of Class XII Senior School Certificate Examination, 2026 of the petitioner and apply for reevaluation thereof, if needed, by paying the requires fee(s) to the respondent no.1.

As such, in view of the statements made above as also considering the peculiar facts and circumstances involved, the present petition alongwith the pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. SAURABH BANERJEE, J.
