A Settlement Agreement dated 06 November, 2024 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The present matter had been referred for mediation vide order dated CS(COMM) 467/2022 Page 1 of 3 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

05th July, 2024, wherein, the parties have successfully settled their disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 06th November, 2024.

Learned counsels appearing for the plaintiff and defendant nos. 1 to 4 confirm the terms of the settlement and request that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for defendant no. 5 submits that the settlement pertains only qua defendant nos. 1 to 4 and not defendant no. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is withdrawing the suit against defendant no. 5. 7.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against defendant nos. 1 to 4 in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 06th November, 2024.

The plaintiff shall withdraw all the existing objections and invalidation proceedings against the registration of the defendant nos. 1 to 4 registered or licensed trademarks, in terms of the license. 9.

In terms of the settlement, the contempt being CCP (O) 69/2022, CRL. M.A. 12937/2023, and CRL. M.A. 22543/2023, stand withdrawn. 10.

Accordingly, the parties shall be bound by the said terms of Settlement Agreement dated 6th November, 2024.

Let decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a settlement, the Registry is directed to issue a Certificate of refund of full Court fees to the plaintiff.

Accordingly, the present suit, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of, along with contempt petition.
