EX.APPL.(OS) 1210/2024 - (On B/o Petitioner For Directions To Remit The Balance Amount) 1.
The present application has been filed by the decree holder seeking that the judgment debtor be directed to remit the balance amount of Rs.46,636/- for the purpose of complete compliance with the order dated 13.05.2024 passed by this Court whereby the present Execution Petition was disposed of.

The order dated 13.05.2024, inter alia, directs as under: "Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the decreeholder in FAO(OS) 58/2022, Mr. Palo, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor states that the decretal amount of Rs. 13,20,447/- shall be deposited in the Canara Bank Account No. 0307201055977 having IFSC Code CNRB0000307 within one week from today."

Admittedly, an amount of Rs.12,73,811/- has been deposited by the judgment debtor in terms of the aforesaid directions. Learned counsel for the judgment debtor submits and undertakes on instructions that the balance amount shall be deposited in the bank account referred to in the order dated 13.05.2024 as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
