Learned counsel for the respondent/judgment debtor undertakes, on instructions, that the judgment debtor shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,31,516/- in the bank account of decree holder "Tomorrow Land Limited" on or before 25.10.2024. The said undertaking is taken on record.Learned counsel for the judgment debtor assures that the judgment debtor shall remain bound by the said undertaking.

Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that although the aforesaid deposit shall satisfy the claim of the decree holder in these proceedings, the same be made subject to outcome of the pending FAO(OS) 50/2022, filed by the decree holder. It is directed accordingly. 3.

In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of, taking on record the undertaking on behalf of judgment debtor, as noted aforesaid. 4.
