The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16th February, 2023, passed in W.P.(C) No. 2922/2021. 2.
Vide order dated 16th February, 2023, this Court set aside the order dated 08th February, 2021 passed by the respondent, whereby, the name of the petitioner was included in the Indian Banking Association ("IBA") Caution List.

The present contempt petition has come to be filed, as even after the aforesaid categorical direction of this Court to the respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the Caution List, the respondent has failed to comply with the directions, due to which the petitioner is suffering reputation loss.

This Court notes that a letter dated 13th May, 2024 has already been sent by the respondent-Bank of Baroda, to the IBA, for removal of the name of the petitioner from the IBA Caution List.

This Court notes the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank of Baroda, that the name of the petitioner had been included in the IBA Caution List, on account of request of the respondentbank. Thus, when the respondent-bank has already written a letter dated 13th May, 2024 requesting for removal of the name of the petitioner from the IBA Caution List, it is submitted that the needful shall be done by the IBA. 6.
Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case the grievance of the petitioner, still survives. 7.
