Learned counsel for the Bank of India states that there is no balance in the account number of the Judgment Debtor referred to in paragraph '1' of the order dated 17.03.2025 and therefore, no remittance could be made. 2.
He states that he is not aware if the Judgment Debtor holds any other bank account with the Bank of India. He seeks two (2) weeks' time to verify and provide details, if any by filing a status report. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 17.03.2025 to the extent of disposal of the execution petition is recalled and the petition is restored to its original number.

Issue notice to the Judgment Debtors through counsel, who appeared on 17.03.2025.

The Branch Manager of Bank of India is directed to file an affidavit with respect to all the accounts held by the Judgment Debtors with the Bank of India and if any amounts are pending in any of the bank accounts, the said EX.P. 48/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In case, the status report is not filed within two (2) weeks, the Branch Manager of Bank of India shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. In the status report, Bank of India will explain the status of the bank account referred to in the order dated 17.03.2025. 7.
