Mr. Sandiv Kalia, Advocate, is present on behalf of the respondent through VC and states that they are ready to handover the keys of property bearing Quarter No.22,which forms the subject matter of the impugned order dated 7th December 2022. They have already received a payment of Rs.7,50,000/- in this regard. As per the settlement, balance payment of Rs.20 Lacs shall be paid by petitioner to respondent. Time of handing over is fixed for30th May 2025 at 11:00 A.M.

Respondent shall remove their articles from the said property prior to the above-mentioned date so that vacant and peaceful possession of the said property is handed over.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with right to petitioner to revive the same in case there is any continued infraction by the respondent. 4.
