% 23.04.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

After some arguments, counsel for the parties submit that the appeal can be disposed of based on the following agreed directions: (i) The appellants will pay to the respondent the principal amount, i.e., Rs.12,13,843/- in the following tranches:

(a) Rs.5,00,000/- will be paid within one (01) week from today, i.e., on or before 30.04.2024.

(b) The remaining amount will be paid within nine (09) weeks commencing from 30.04.2024.

ii.

The respondent will furnish evidence of having deposited the Goods and Services Tax (GST).

In the context of paragraph 1(ii) above, we are told by the counsel for the respondent that Rs.1,85,163/- has been deposited towards GST. The respondent will furnish the relevant proof to the appellants regarding the same within one week from today via e-mail.

Parties undertake to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions of the settlement.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.

Pending applications shall stand closed.
