The Petitioner alleges non-compliance of order dated 20th October, 2023 read with subsequent orders passed in W.P. (C) 13513/2023 whereby this Court had observed as follows:

"8. In view of the above, the Petitioner has not been able to make a prima facie case for grant of stay. However, it is expected that the ViceChancellor will intimate the Executive Council and get the approval of the Executive Council regarding the appointments made by the Selection Committee/Vice Chancellor before the next date of hearing." 2.

Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, Standing Counsel for Respondent No. 1, states that in terms of the order dated 20th October, 2023, the Executive Council in its meeting held on 31st July, 2024 approved all the appointments except for the post of Prof. in Faculty of Law of Dr. Faizanur Rahman. 3.
