The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing judgment/order dated 08.04.2019 rendered by the Central Information Commission in the context of an RTI application dated 23.01.2017 filed by the petitioner. One of the information sought by the petitioner vide the said RTI application is as under:- "2. A copy of all the preliminary inspection / survey report (s) prepared by the Hon'ble DDA or its representatives prior to the inspection conductedat the concerned premises on14.06.2016;"

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the aforesaid inspection/survey reports be provided to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the same shall be duly provided to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today. 4.

The above redressed the grievance of the petitioner.In the circumstances, the present petition is disposed of, taking on record the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the respondent.
