By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners, inter alia, seek quashing of the orders dated 24.03.2025, 07.01.2026, 13.01.2026, 28.01.2026, 11.02.2026, 12.02.2026, 15.01.2025, vide which the membership of petitioner nos.1 to 11 was illegally and arbitrarily terminated by respondent no.2, from the IESL (respondent no.1) and HESL, while abusing and misusing his power and authority and restore the membership of the petitioners in IESL and HESL which has been terminated in violation of rules. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek an appropriate remedy The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
