The present petition under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 348/2020, under Sections 376D/506/342/328/34 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Burari.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer for an expeditious trial. 3.
It is pointed out that out of 17 prosecution witnesses, 14 have already been examined.

Leave granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
