dates, as also directions to the respondents to conduct inspection of petitioner institutes and decide their applications for recognition of conversion expeditiously and in a time bound manner, amongst other ancillary reliefs.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a copy of the order dated 29.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) 4860/2026 and other connected matters wherein the petitioners were granted relief under similar circumstances. He submits that since the same issues have already been adjudicated therein, the present petitions are also liable to be allowed in on similar terms. 3.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel(s) for the respondent accept notice. He submits that though certain objections were raised by them in W.P. (C) 4860/2026, considering that the same issues have been decided vide the aforesaid order dated 29.05.2026, they have no objection, if the present petitions are also allowed and disposed of in the same terms as well. 5.

Accordingly, the present petitions are allowed and the impugned refusal order(s) issued by the Western Regional Committee on diverse dates are set aside. As such, the respondents shall conduct inspection of the petitioner institutes within a period of three weeks from today and shall thereafter take all appropriate and necessary steps to ensure that the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya v. State of U.P.: (2013) 2 SCC 617 are scrupulously complied with.
