O R D E R

By virtue of the present petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek appropriate directions to the respondents to update the email addresses and mobile numbers of the petitioners in the records/ online database of respondents amongst other ancillary reliefs.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a copy of the order dated 29.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 7347/2026 and other connected matters wherein the petitioners were granted the very same relief(s) under similar circumstances.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. He submits that since the respondent no.1 has already commenced acting in terms of the directions issued vide order dated 29.05.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Bench, he does not have any objection, if the present petitions are also disposed of on similar terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 29.05.2026 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 7347/2026.

Accordingly, in order to ensure that the petitioner institutes and other similarly situated institutes, who are seeking to submit PAR are not put to further inconvenience, it is directed as under: a.

Each Regional Committee will appoint a Nodal Officer whose name, email and mobile number shall be displayed on the official website of the respondent no.1 on or before 10.06.2026. b.

The petitioners, and other similarly situated institutes having issues with regard to their contact details having not been updated, will contact the said Nodal Officer who shall facilitate the same expeditiously in order to meet the timelines. c.

The said Nodal Officer shall remain available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on every working day till then. d.

In case of further difficulties, the petitioners will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies and will be entitled to revival of the present petition(s).

In view thereof, the present petitions alongwith the applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
