The present application under Section 482 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:- "1. Grant first anticipatory bail to the Applicant, Vinod Kumar, in connection with FIR No. 0043/2026, registered at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi, under Section 143(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice;

2. Pass any other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file the same before the learned ASJ at the first instance in accordance with law.
