By virtue of the present petition, the petitioners, inter alia, seek release of their debarment qua the elections and proposed elections to be held on 07.06.2026 pursuant to AGM dated 17.05.2026. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2, 4 to 8, at the outset, submits that the present petition is per se not maintainable since the petitioner no.1 has already been debarred. Moreover, he submits that the very same petitioner had earlier instituted a suit qua seeking same reliefs, albeit, pertaining to the earlier round of 2025 elections wherein he had been unsuccessful.

petitioners. Though he submits that the said assertions are not relevant, however, after some arguments, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law if as and when required.
