1. In view of the fact that the Award is dated 29th October, 2013 and that on this short ground the relief under Section 24 (2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is not maintainable, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek other appropriate remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
