The present petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 7th February, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 17688/2022. 2.

The aforesaid writ petition had been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the installation of gates by the respondent at both ends of the road of E-3 and E-4 Block, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-110085. 3.

The present contempt petition has been filed since despite the directions issued to the respondents to take necessary action in accordance with law, the said order dated 7th February, 2023 has not been complied with.

("MCD"), wherein it is stated that the gates in question have already been removed. The relevant portion of Status Report filed on behalf of MCD reads as under:

4. That in compliance of order of this Hon'ble Court the department has been removed all the gates which are the subject matter of this contempt petition. That a gate in pocket E-3 again installed, but the same has also been removed by the department. The photograph of aforesaid gated are attached herewith as Annexure-A (colly). xxx xxx xxx"

Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that the gates in question have already been removed and the order dated 7th February, 2023 stands complied with.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as having been satisfied.
