By way of the present appeal, the appellant seeks to assail the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the learned ADJ-03, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CS No.340/2022 titled, 'Shri Shambhav Vats v. Smt. Laxmi Punhani & Anr.'

During the course of submissions, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, upon instructions, states that the appellant is acting bonafide and is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.35 lakhs before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today. In view of the said statement, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, upon instructions, that the respondent shall maintain status quo as to the title and possession of the suit property and shall not create any third party rights qua the suit property during the pendency of the suit before the Trial Court. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the appeal along with pending application is disposed of.
