This application is filed by the petitioner stating that he is willing to withdraw the present matter without prejudice to his right to approach DDA for settlement of his grievances and with liberty to approach this court at a later stage, if so required.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that para 9 of the application is factually incorrect inasmuch as DDA or any of its officers has never asked the petitioner to withdraw the case. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, let DDA treat this Writ Petition as a representation of the petitioner and deal with it accordingly. Appropriate consideration be taken up expeditiously preferably W.P.(C) 6416/2019

within three months from today. The outcome may be duly communicated to the petitioner. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of DDA, as per law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order. 4.
