The petitioner has filed this application seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition in view of a subsequent advertisement dated 30.06.2025, which includes Science Graduates in the qualification for the post of Member (Operations) in the Airports Authority of India. 2.

Mr. Naresh Kaushik, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, however, reserves the petitioner's right to pursue such alternative remedies as may be available to it in law.

The application is allowed. The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
