In compliance of the order dated 15.06.2026, the Respondent along with minor child is present in the Court.

During the pre-lunch session, the Court had interacted with the minor child as well as the Petitioner. The Petitioner and the minor child also spent one and a half hours with each other during the course of the day. 3.
When the matter was taken up again during the post-lunch session, the learned Counsel for the Parties, after interacting with the Petitioner and the minor child, submitted that some understanding has been arrived at between the Parties to the extent that minor child is willing to go with the Petitioner, however, the minor child has some apprehension with regard to travel to Bangalore with the Petitioner.

In view of the above, the Petitioner shall ensure that the wishes of the minor child are taken into consideration and appropriate arrangements be made so that the willingness of the child is given paramount consideration. Accordingly, nothing further survives in the present Petition. The present Petition is disposed of with the direction to Respondent / Contemnor to handover the custody of the minor child today in the Court premises itself.

The directions contained in the order dated 23.04.2026 shall also be complied with by the Respondent / Contemnor except that since there has been delay in handing over the custody of the minor child to the Petitioner, which was originally from 05.06.2026 till 25.06.2026, the same shall be modified to start from 17.06.2026 to 28.06.2026. 7.
In view of the above directions, the present Petition stands disposed of.
