This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and the defendant.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and defendant as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the parties.

The terms of the settlement are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

In light of the order passed in I.A. 45370/2024 above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application, which shall form part of the decree.
