The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the BNSS assailing the Order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma Court, Shahdara, Delhi in case Maintenance Petition No.280/2024 titled as "Shilpa Chauhan & Anr. Vs. Nitin Rawal".

The learned counsel for the petitioner limits the remedy only to seek conciliation/mediation process under Section 9(1) of the Family Courts Act.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to move an appropriate application under Section 9(1) of the Family Courts Act before the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.
