This is a petition filed under Section 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking substitution of the learned Sole Arbitrator as appointed by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2021. 2.

After some arguments, both the parties are agreeable to a consent order. 3.

Mr. Justice G.S. Sistani (Retd.) (Mob: 9871300034) is appointed as the learned Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the 9 references as made in the order dated 08.01.2021.

Out of 9 references, in 4 references, the arguments were heard and the judgments were reserved. It is directed that the learned Sole Arbitrator appointed pursuant to the order passed today shall commence those 4 references from the stage of hearing final arguments. 5.

As regards the other 5 references are concerned, the Sole Arbitrator shall proceed from the stage where it was left by the previous Sole The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The fee of the learned Sole Arbitrator per hearing is fixed at Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees). The Sole Arbitrator is requested to take up as many references as possible on the date fixed for hearing. 7.

The order passed today is without prejudice to the rights and contentions on merits of the references.

The Sole Arbitrator is also requested to adjudicate the references as expeditiously as possible.
