During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited its share of arbitrator's fee amounting to Rs.7,24,856/- on 30.09.2024, and also its share of the administrative cost.

Let the proof of the said deposit be placed on record before the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall also be depositing its share of the arbitrator's fee, along with pending administrative costs, if any, within a period of one week from today.Let proof of the said deposit be also placed on record before the next date of hearing.
