The present Petition has been filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] seeking to challenge the Award dated 21.09.2024 passed by the learned ASCJ-01, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Award"]. By the Impugned Award, two Applications are stated to have been decided, one under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2, CPC and another under Order VII Rule 11, CPC. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances. 3.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending Applications stand closed.
