The matter sent to Delhi High Court Mediation Centre in terms with last order got settled by way of agreement dated 06.02.2024 which has been received from the Mediation Centre. According to the settlement agreement, the present petitioner/tenant shall vacate the subject premises on or before 31.12.2024 and towards use and occupation charges till that day, the present respondent/landlord shall not claim any amount. The settlement agreement is taken on record and parties are directed to be bound by the same. 2.
Under these circumstances, as requested by both sides, the petition is disposed of as compromised and pending applications stand disposed of.
