Present writ petition has been filed in public interest seeking an inquiry into the Cycle allowance paid to the officials of the Delhi Police. 2.
Petitioner, who appears in person, prays that stern departmental action should be taken against the Delhi Police officials for fraudulently appropriating the Cycle allowance.

This Court is of the view that it would not be proper to entertain a public interest litigation on the issue raised by the petitioner. 4.
Consequently, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the Delhi Police to place the petition filed in this Court with its auditor, who shall examine the said aspect while auditing the accounts of the Delhi Police.
