At the very outset, Mr. Vinit Trehan, learned counsel for the decree holder, states that he does not wish to press OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 102/2024 as the principal amount due under the award under enforcement has already been paid, and time to pay the interest component is still continuing.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, O.M.P.(ENF.)(COMM.) 102/2024 is taken on board and disposed of. This is without prejudice to the right of the decree holder to institute fresh proceedings if any part of the award is not complied with within the time granted.
