Applications under Section 151 CPC have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking modification of the Order dated 08.06.2026. 2.

It is submitted that in the Order dated 08.06.2026, it has been inadvertently written "The Co-ordinate Bench in W.P(C) 7347/2026 vide Order dated 29.05.2026 and in batch of Writ Petitions W.P (C) 7347/2026 decided on 05.06.2026 has allowed similar Petitions. The present Petitions be also disposed of in the aforesaid terms" instead of "The Co-ordinate Bench in W.P(C) 7650/2026 vide Order dated 26.05.2026 and in batch of Writ Petitions W.P. (C) 7650/2026 decided on 05.06.2026 has allowed similar Petitions. The present Petitions be also disposed of in the aforesaid terms."

In view of the submissions made, the Applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.
