The instant application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed jointly on behalf of the parties seeking the following reliefs:
"It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an appropriate order thereby disposing of the writ petition, recording the settlement arrived at Delhi High Court mediation and conciliation centre dated 2.2.2024 and holding that the impugned award stands modified and satisfied and no claim of the respondent workman survives thereafter in terms of the above settlement for claim of reinstatement, re‐employment, back wages, any other benefit or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 2nd February, 2024 and a copy of the same has been filed along with the instant application.

It is submitted that since the parties have compromised and all the disputes between the parties have been settled, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter. Accordingly instant application may be allowed and the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the clauses of the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd February, 2024.

The authorized representative of the appellant is present before this Court and has been identified by his counsel. The respondent is also present in the Court and has been identified by his counsel. 5.
On query, the parties present in person have categorically stated that they have entered into compromise on their own free will and without any pressure. They undertook that they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement which is placed on record. 6.
Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the parties appearing in person and perused the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd February, 2024.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd February, 2024 arrived at between the parties, the instant application is allowed.

Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
W.P.(C) 6852/2020 In view of the order passed on the even date in CM APPL. 15756/2024, instant petition also stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition and the parties are also directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. Date already fixed i.e. 21st May, 2024 stands cancelled. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
