Writ Petitions under Article 226 of Constitution of India have been filed for directing the Respondents to update e-mail ID and Mobile Number of Petitioner Institute in the records/online database of the Respondents and to provide access to Petitioner Institute on the NCTE portal enabling it to submit Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) for Academic Year 2021-22 & 2022-23.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the similar Petitions have already been allowed by the Co-ordinate Bench and the same may accordingly, be allowed.

29.05.2026 and in batch of Writ Petitions W.P (C) 7347/2026 decided on 05.06.2026 has allowed similar Petitions. The present Petitions be also deposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Learned counsel for the Respondent who has appeared on advance notice, submits that in terms of Order dated 29.05.2026 Nodal Officers have already been appointed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners stated that though these Nodal Officers are appointed, but despite repeated calls, they do not respond. 6.

The above mentioned Petitions are disposed of with the following directions :

(a) The Petitioners, and other similarly situated institutes having issues with regard to their contact details having not been updated, will contact the said Nodal Officer who shall facilitate the same expeditiously in Order to meet the timelines. (b) The said Nodal Officer shall remain available from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM on every working day till then and shall respond to every call that will be received by them.

(c) In case of further difficulties, the petitioners will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies and will be entitled to revival of the present Petition(s).

In view thereof, the present Petitions along with the Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
