M.A. 2681/2016 The present application prays as follows:- "In keeping view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble court to kindly permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition criminal no. 05/2016 filed in case FIR NO. 981/15, U/S 498A/304B/34 IPC, P.S. Prashant Vihar since the same has became infructuous," Mr. M.S. Oberoi, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has no objection if the present application is allowed. The application is allowed accordingly and disposed of.

TR.P.(CRL.) 5/2016 Present is a petition seeking transfer of bail application No. Nil titled as 'State Vs. Abhishekh Kaushik' pending in the Court of Shri M.C. Gupta,

ASJ, Rohini Courts, Delhi, arising out of FIR No. 981/2015 under section 498A/304B/34 IPC, P.S. Prashant Vihar, and bail application No. Nil titled as "State Vs. Maya Kaushi' & State Vs. Preeti Kaushik", pending before Shri Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, ASJ, Rohini Court, Delhi in FIR No. 981/2015, under section 498A/304B/34 IPC P.S. Prashant Vihar, to any other Court.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the accompanying application which has been allowed today seeks withdrawal of the said transfer petition.

Since the transfer petitioner is no longer keen to prosecute the present transfer petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

The date already fixed stands cancelled.
