The present writ petition had been filed with respect to the issue pertaining to property tax for property bearing no. 3 (Part) DLF Industrial Area, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015. 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already taken benefit of the Amnesty Scheme 2025-2026. 3.

He further submits that the property tax under the said Amnesty Scheme has already been deposited and a No Dues Certificate ("NOC") dated 24th June, 2025, has also been issued by the Assessment and Collection Department, Karol Bagh, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").
