Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 13th February, 2012 passed by the respondent no.1 and further challenging the order dated 15th December, 2023 passed by the Financial Commissioner in Revision Petition No. 113/2013. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent authorities have illegally held the petitioner as ineligible and disqualified on the grounds which do not exist in law.

This Court in the case of petitioner's brother itself being G. Hemant vs. Registrar of Cooperative Societies being W.P.(C) 6395/2024 had dismissed a similar writ petition urging similar grounds.
