HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SIDDHARTH MRIDUL

O R D E R

% 29.07.2016 Mr Kalra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission of this court to be discharged as counsel in this petition. Mr Kalra states that despite repeated attempts he has been unable to contact the petitioner qua instructions for the prosecution of the present petition. In view of the foregoing, Mr Kalra is discharged as advocate in the present petition.

In the present case it is observed that by way of order dated 16.02.2016 this court observed as follows:- "Notice sent to petitioner received back unserved.

Mr. Vaibhav Kalra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not instructions from the petitioner and seeks time to write a letter to the petitioner.

List on 06.04.2016."

In view of the foregoing, it appears that the petitioner is no longer keen to prosecute the present petition.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
