Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

This intra court Appeal is filed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 01.04.2025 in Contempt Petition No. 492/2025 ("Contempt Petition"). The Court, while issuing notice to the Respondents on 08.07.2025, by way of the Impugned Order, stayed the operation of the directions contained in Paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 of the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, which is under challenge herein. 3.

We have been informed that the proceeding of the Contempt Petition itself has been disposed of by the learned Single Judge by means of order dated 04.02.2026. A copy of the said order is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the Appeal has been rendered infructuous, which is hereby dismissed.
