Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, who is Member of purported New Board of Fishcopfed, for setting aside impugned common Order dated 01.06.2026 containing the record of proceedings held on 29.05.2026 and 30.05.2026 passed by learned Sole Arbitrator, whereby Petitioner's Right to address oral arguments has been closed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on query, submits that written submissions have already been filed and the matter is listed tomorrow, i.e. 11.06.2026 for clarification.

Learned counsel for the Respondents appear on advance Notice, accept Notice and oppose the Petition by submitting that conduct of the Petitioner is fully reflected in the impugned common Orders dated 01.06.2026. It is further submitted that since written arguments have already been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, he has been given due opportunity to present his side of arguments.

It is further submitted that elections of Petitioner's Board are under challenge and fresh elections have been announced for 03.07.2026 and this Petition is only to delay the Arbitration Proceedings, wherein previous elections of Petitioner's Board are under challenge. Therefore, present Petition is opposed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Arbitration Proceedings have no concern with the elections of Petitioner's Board, which have now been scheduled for 03.07.2026.

Since the matter is listed before learned Arbitrator for 11.06.2026, Petitioner is at liberty to make a request to the learned Arbitrator for being given an opportunity to address oral arguments, which may be considered by learned Arbitrator in accordance with the procedures. 7.

With the aforesaid directions, present Petition along with pending Applications stands disposed of.
