CRL.M.C. 2995/2019 In this petition, quashing of proceedings arising out of FIR No.570/2016, under Sections 186/353 of IPC, registered at police station Moti Nagar, Delhi is sought on merits. It is stated that charge-sheet in this case has been filed. Since petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy to urge the pleas taken herein before trial court at the charge stage, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the FIR in question/chargesheet.
