3. This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of three months. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 30.04.2025.

4. It is stated that the parties have made their arguments and the award is to be pronounced.
