By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, since the LRs of the petitioner Smt. Beena Sain and Sh. Rahul Sain who are present in Court, have amicably settled the matter with the respondent and have reached a mutual settlement. 2.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
