% 24.02.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff nos. 2 to 4 submits that he has filed amended plaint vide diary no. 58090 dated 23.02.2016. This is a suit for possession and damages valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Ld. counsel for plaintiffs submit that suit property is situated at Pamposh Enclave which falls under the jurisdiction of District South-East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 28.07.2016.
