Learned counsel for the respondent no.3, who appears on advance notice, submits that a petition being W.P.(C) 5647/2024 has already been filed by the petitioner on the same cause of action seeking identical prayers. 2.

The same is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, he submits that the aforesaid petition was filed by the erstwhile counsel unauthorizedly.
