TR.P.(C.) 74/2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 ('CPC'), the petitioner seeks transfer of CS (COMM) No.462/2024 pending before the court of Mr. Brijesh Kumar Garg, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi; CS (COMM) No.16/2025 pending before the court of Mr. Pawan Kumar Matto, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi; and CS (COMM) No. 460/2024 pending before the court of Ms. Kiran Bansal, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi to one and the same court, in order to obviate any possibilities of conflicting decisions.

Learned counsel jointly submit that considering that CS (COMM) No. 460/2024 pending before the court of Ms. Kiran Bansal, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi is listed on 07.05.2025, the other 02 matters be transferred to that court.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. 6.

Let the files of CS (COMM) No. 462/2024 pending before the court of Mr. Brijesh Kumar Garg, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi and CS (COMM) No.16/2025 pending before the court of Mr. Pawan Kumar Matto, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi, be transferred to the file of Ms. Kiran Bansal, learned District Judge (Commercial), Shahdara District. Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi. 7.

A copy of this order be sent to the learned Principal District Judge, Shahdra District, Karkardooma Court Complex, New Delhi for compliance forthwith. Let the needful be done within 01 week of communication of this order.
