After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] for sanction of a building plan, in accordance with the present building bylaws. 2.

Mr. Rakesh Mittal, learned counsel for the MCD, states that such an application will also require a no objection certificate from the Delhi Development Authority ["DDA"] for construction of the Gurudwara W.P.(C) 10564/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. beyond the time provided under the lease deed dated 03.02.2012 executed by the DDA in favour of the petitioner.
